Bishop Robert Morneau was ordained auxiliary bishop of Green
Bay, Wisconsin on February 22, 1979. He has served as diocesan
director for religious and instructor of philosophy at Silver Lake
College in Manitowoc, WI. He has also taught at the Summer
Theological Institute of St. Norbert's Abbey in De Pere, WI.
Bishop Morneau's writings appear frequently in such periodicals
as Contemplative Review; Review for Religious; Sisters Today; Spiri-
tual Life; and Pastoral Life Magazine.
He is very popular as a re-
treat director and lecturer throughout the United States.
