We have this WITHOUT the fan, as shown in photo #1.  You will need to attach your own fan.   The other photos and the description describe and show the fan, we included those in the photos so you can make sure you are ordering exactly what you need.  A few of the plates may have slight bends in them during shipment, you can easily bend them back with a small screwdriver or butter knife.  SAVE BIG with this open box item.
