This is a listing for a pre-owned unit. The thermostat itself does NOT work. The problem we have identified is the up and down arrows do not work. There may be other problems. When we went to turn on our heat this year, we found it would not turn on the heat.
What is very useful in this listing is the wall mount plate and the Backing Plate, which are VERY HARD to find. If you are handy, you may be also able to repair the thermostat itself or use it for parts.
