Alvin
stands approx. 9 1/2" tall, he was purchased and stored away. I was able to carefully reach around the back of Alvin and change his batteries without taking him out of the box, so you have new Rayovac AA batteries inside. Fortunately there was no corrosion at all on the old batteries, they were just very weak so we changed them.
Squeeze his
hand and he sings. I tested him and he does work. I am not sure if he is supposed to also dance, but right now he is just singing. :-) If he is supposed to dance and you are a toy afficionado and handy, perhaps you can convince him to dance. So we are selling him as singing Alvin only. :-)
The box has some shelf wear, and Alvin can use a little cleaning, he has a little bit of dust on him and the wire behind neck looks a little loose, his feet are attached to box, see pictures.
