Antique 1938 Keystone E-853 16mm Color Film Projector with Hand Crank & Motor
This is being sold AS IS. I am not sure it is working today, I did not want to plug it in as the cord has dried out and cracked and must be replaced to plug it in safely. I did take out the bulb and tried it and it works! (see the last photo)
The last time this was used was in the 1970's and it worked great then. In fact I remember the bulb had to be replaced and the one we replaced is the same bulb in there now.
It has been stored for nearly 50 years and there may be parts missing as it was moved around several times. What you see in the photos is exactly as it comes. Althought it is an electric and hand crank model, we do not have the hand crank any longer, you can attach your own of course.
We did not want to clean too close to the sensitive parts, so it comes just as it looks in the photos. This is great for someone who wants to give is some tender loving care and bring it back to life or use it for parts, but I would like to think it would be the former.
We put a UPC code on this listing for cataloguing purposes, but back then there were no UPC codes of course!
