TORCHYN® "Beetroot-Tomato" borsch dressing has
a natural vegetable taste and rich aroma. Tomato paste and grated beets
give the dish an appetizing dark red hue. Carrots, onions, spices and
herbs complement this duo. Boil the broth, add potatoes and cabbage, and
5-7 minutes before the end of cooking, use the TORCHYN®
"Beetroot-Tomato" borsch dressing. You will get a delicious borsch with a
light pleasant note of beets and a bright aroma of fragrant spices.
Ingredients:
Drinking
water, tomato paste (10%), dried vegetables (9.9%) (table beetroot
(7.5%), onion, carrot (0.6%), garlic), sugar, table salt, concentrated
beetroot juice, alcohol vinegar, refined deodorized sunflower oil, dried
parsley (0.1%), dried ground spices (black pepper, allspice, red hot
pepper), garlic extract. May contain celery, egg products, gluten, milk,
mustard, soy.
Recipe for a 3-liter pot (borsch):
In 2.5 liters of boiling broth, put 350 g of potatoes and cook until half-cooked, then add 250 g of cabbage.
When the vegetables are ready, add the Torchin dressing and cook for another 1 minute.
Your delicious borsch is ready!
