The items come exactly as shown in photo #1.  Just attach your old wires and you are good to go!   We are including ONE FREE extra set of wires, as shown in photo #4, so you have a spare set.  Note:  this is an open box item and one of the plastic housings have some minor scuff marks from shelf storage, see photo #5.
