If you have an old style phone that allows you to take the battery out, this sticker goes UNDER the battery. If you have room for TWO there, you can put TWO in the battery compartment, just don't let them overlap. If you have a newer smartphone where the battery does not come out, you can put these on the back of the cell phone back. Don't put on the protective case you bought to protect your phone, needs to go right on the cell phone back. You can put in the center or the bottom of the phone. You can put up to 3 on the cell phone back, just don't let them overlap. If you are using a cell phone protective case, you can put the case OVER the sticker, after you apply it to the back of the phone.
This cell phone antenna booster will work for most phones in most areas, but it will not work miracles and create a signal where you are too far away to be getting any signal at all.
