Photo #1 shows EXACTLY what you are getting (front and back side views). The rest of the photos show what your setup will look like after you attach your own pole. NOTE: the extension coming out of the back of the stand is shorter than the photos, see photo #1. The length of the arm coming out of the back is 8" when fully extended in a straight line. The dimensions of the table surface are the same as the photos.

Front (white bar + metal arms):
This is the book/page holder. The bottom lip supports a book, tablet, cookbook, sheet music, or laptop/tablet, and the wire arms hold pages open. -
Back (black bracket + arm):
That’s a mounting arm with a clamp socket. It attaches to a desk, pole, mic stand, or similar support so the stand can float in front of you.
