Specific application: Shade 5 is primarily used for light gas welding, torch soldering, or cutting
DURABILITY &
SMOOTH EDGES - We use high-quality hardened black glass lenses that can
withstand hot sparks and repeated use to ensure the quality and
durability of the product. The lenses processed using professional
techniques and are equipped with specially treated matte edges to
prevent scratching your hands during use.
MULTIPLE PROTECTIONS - During welding, there is intense arc radiation
and high temperature, so the black glass lenses provide adequate
protection to prevent dust, welding splatters, and impact, filter
harmful light such as strong light and arc light, and also provide 99.9%
UV-AB protection, effectively preventing eye damage from these harmful
factors during welding.
WIDE APPLICABILITY - This product conforms to the international
universal standard size and is suitable for most brand helmets with a 4
1/4 inch x 2 inch window, coupled with a variety of welding protective
masks. We have it available in Shade #5, with a thickness of 3mm and
has broad applicability.
ADEQUATE LIGHT TRANSMISSION - Although black glass lenses have a
certain shading effect, they also have sufficient light transmission so
that welders are not affected by strong light during work, and can
clearly see the welding area to ensure welding accuracy and quality.
