15 Channel Holiday Lights Display Controller/ANIMATED LIGHTING Custom Build
This is known as a LC-16 and it has 16 Channels, but only 15 are programmed in.
This is a RARE FIND. This was originally made for BIG LOTS for their famous Holiday Lights Displays in their stores.
We have TWO of them left. You can buy one or both and if you buy both, you will save 10% on EACH ONE.
This is INDUSTRIAL GRADE and it was professionally built by Animated Lighting in Kansas City, Missouri, who has clients worldwide for the most spectactular Christmas Lights Displays for Estate Homes and Commercial Businesses.
This is already set up and ready to go, as soon as you unbox it. BUT if you are an expert at programming these kinds of devices, and want to CHANGE the way it is set up, you would need a Pic Kit 4 (this device looks like a hockey puck), sold by Digikey.
It is custom built to do the following:
-you plug the controller into a single grounded outlet (before doing that, plug each tree or set of lights into EACH of the 15 Channels). Then as soon as you plug the controller into the power outlet, it will turn on an work. SIMPLE AS THAT!
-then you have 15 Heavy Duty Extension cords coming out of the box. Each one goes to ONE TREE or one lighting display piece (ie. a Santa Claus or a Tree or a Reindeer). Each channel leads to one extension cord.
-The first 5 Channels light up for 5 seconds and then fade out, then the next 5 Channels light up for 5 seconds and then fade out and then the next 5 Channels light up for 5 seconds and then fade out and this keeps on repeating, for as long as they are connected to power.
-you can also use it to turn on all the RED LIGHTS (run 5 channels to all the red lights), then all the WHITE LIGHTS (run 5 channels to all the white lights) and then all the GREEN LIGHTS (run 5 channels to all the green lights). This is SO VERSATILE.
-The controller box comes sealed with a cable tie, but if you want to peek inside, just cut off the cable tie. It should be closed back up BEFORE plugging it in, for safety.
-the controller works as soon as you plug everything in.
